    Over the last 25 years I have purchased two Cyclovac vacuums from Al's. The vacuums are the best. But more importantly, the service is excellent. They are friendly, responsive, and helpful. Customer service like this is rare. Highly recommended!

    Just blown away by the excellent service I received from Troy. I was in such a quandary about my Dyson handheld and Dyson stick vacuum and now that they have both been serviced I feel as though I have two new hand vacuums. Can’t think Troy enough for the excellent service. I would recommend this company very strongly.

    Went in Scott was amazing, helped me find the parts I needed for the vacuum wall covering, and i needed help with new longer new vacuum cord for my cyclovac system, and he had one on hand for pickup, no waiting at all. Great service with a smile and giggle always..Great family business, well trusted, and the right choice for sure!
