    Very very poor se...

    Very very poor service from this agency. I have been dealing with them for years (unfortunatley had to because my insurance was combined with someone else). Extremely rude agent Jerry, who uses foul and vulgar language. Don't recommned you guys use this agency. So many other better nicer people out there (at least nice agents!)

    Untrustworthy...Read why!

    I used Johnston Meier Insurance for years, and they provided decent service with the exception of one very important time. I was using the Brooksbank location until I have an accident with my 2012 Jeep. I was driving towards Revelstoke, BC for a ski trip last year and was passed by a sanding/plow truck. The truck peppered the entire from of my vehicle with rocks damaging the...everything on the front-end; broken windshield, chips all over the hood, damaged radiator, window frame, dents and chips and broken glass everywhere. When I returned home to face the insurance juggernaut, ICBC, they very arrogantly informed me that I had fraudulently claimed that I had the ten years driving discount, which was added to my insurance at Johnston Meier insurance, making my insurance void. Also, they had written on my insurance that I was only driving less than 15 km to and from work, I had told them the opposite. I asked ICBC: "what can I possibly do to correct this." and they told me: "If Johnston Meier will tell us that they made the mistake, we will allow coverage of your insurance plan." I went to Johnston Meier and they refused, flat-out, to do anything to help me at all. The mistake was clearly their fault, and they would not own up to it and left me to pay thousands of dollars to repair the damages out of my own pocket...for this I will never allow them to handle my insurance again and nor should you! I expect loyalty from companies that I do business/associate myself with and they cannot be trusted!
