Their support and warranty system is non-existent and their product descriptions are fraudulent. Summitted a claim and asked for support multiple times, they were instantly marked as "Solved" without explanation and no response.
BE AWARE of VISIONS WARRANTIES I purchased a LG OLED 65" TV in 2018. Before I did the deal I asked the salesman about 'burn in' problems that OLEDs tend to have. He advised that I should buy the Visions extended warrantee and this would cover me against burn in. I took his advice and purchased the ext 5 year warranty at a significant cost of $799. The worst buy that I’ve ever had. Specially buying warranty of them is wasting money because they never accept that if you need to use warranty.
I went on Boxing Day and couldn’t believe the service I got. Greeted politely and did not have to search out help. They had exactly what I had come for. Service was fast & efficient. No pressure to buy ‘warranties, extras, upgrades’. Delivery & installation was scheduled for 3 days later. Service guy great! Bluetooth earbuds bought last week failed to pair after initial set up and sound quality very poor. When I told salesman who sold me the product of these problems, he asked how I would know quality was poor if set wouldn't pair, then said that he remembered I didn't want to pay very much. Store will exchange for another set of the very limited selection they carried but refused to give store credit. I donated the defective product back to them rather than prolong business dealings with them.
I was unsatisfied when I bought a car stereo (Alpine 1NEW960) and was told by the manager (CJ, Capilano Mall) that it would be replaced when I brought it to his attention. This manager led me on a long goose chase to get this stereo fixed (NOT REPLACED). This behaviour is unbecoming of a branch that I put my money and my trust in. I will no longer be giving this company my business because of this situation and how it was (NOT) handled.
Worst place to buy electronics. When you walk inside you are attacked by sleasy salesmen who just wont leave you alone. Even if I say just looking 2 minutes after another one will come by and attack me. Not a fun place to shop The sales guys are lazy and don't know what they are talking about they just want to sell you there useless warranty and the store is a mess I don't recommend shopping at Visions
