Parksville Towing

Terrible predatory company. charged me handsomely for unfairly towing my vehicle just 5 minutes down the road. Absolutely do not support a business that operates like this.

Highly recommended! Love supporting a local family-owned business. Great customer service. Driver arrived faster than quoted and rates are very reasonable in this day and age. We cant all expect a deal when people need to make a living. And when your precious cargo (family) is stuck on the side of the hwy! You get what you pay for. Driver was quick and very efficient, got us off the hwy safely. Thank you! I will be calling these guys for my next tow (which I hopefully will not need again lol).

Really disappointed. They towed my motorcycle 5 km and stored it for a week and they tried to charge me $360. Very poor communication between the employees. They blatantly ripped me off. Would not recommend.

They were the lowest price of 4 quotes. $150 less than 1. They picked up in 30min & dropped 80ks away on a Sat. The driver made an adding mistake & billed $30 over. When I noticed I thought, will I ever see this money again? I called Sun .Trent said call the office on Monday. I forgot & he called me Mon. eve. & then came to Comox & dropped off $30 in cash. Wow!! These guys are honest, prompt and follow up when there is nothing in it for them. Positive, positive experience!!! Dan Leahy, Comox

Terrifying!!! Saw them towing a vehicle near Parksville recently. They lost one of the wheels of an SUV they "dragging", which hit a cyclist heading in the opposite direction. Scary, scary situation!!!

The driver we had was rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing.
