I was extremely disappointed. After having a poor experience at another nail place, I was hoping for better service. I waited for 30 minutes, despite having booked my appointment. I walked out. As I was leaving, the girl asked me if I would like to reschedule. I'm not sure what the point of that would be, as they appear to have zero respect for anyone's time.
