I have had to have the ambulance pick me up from my home in very serious conditions and all have been wonderful. However, at the deepest, most sickest and most difficult time of my life was more recently when John Russell came to assist the ambulance and the two drivers that where having a difficult time finding my apt. location. Thank you John, for your unwavering kindness, your extreme sensitivety,your ability to remember my particular situation and condition and your conformt means a great deal to me. As I live a lone and end up in the ER alone and in the Hospital alone, you really make me feel safe, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your service.
