    I really like their products. They are not in the US so a harder sell in Canada. A good company to buy from. Unfortunately, turn over in staff(what retail doesnt) does not always make for the best customer service. However, they do try.

    At JYSK I received the worst customer experience in store and by phone. In store , they said they will be right back and No one came out the the back. And on the phone I waiting 25 min on hold and then the person at JYSK had such an attitude and very snappy.. Surrey store on Fraser HWY.
