Amazing, great vet and staff

***AVOID***

This is by far the WORST vet I've been to. The staff are rude and show no compassion towards the animals. Their dog boarding/isolation room is located in the same room as the laundry machines. The room reeks of chemicals (bleach, laundry detergent, etc). If a dog's nose is more sensitive than humans, how are they supposed to stay over night let alone weeks in there when I couldn't stand being in there for even a minute?! Not to mention they'll be stuck listening to the loud laundry machine.

Excellent Vet

I have used this clinic on numerous occasions and I always leave with a sense of relieft as I know my dog was in good hands. I believe this clinic does all of Richmond Animal Protection Society's care. He must be trusted if they do use him as well. The rates were actually much better than other clinics I have visited as well. Thank you!
