Had our daughters party here last week, what a blast! All the girls had so much fun and they were so excited about the scorecards, seeing who shot who. The staff were terrific and friendly, even though it was busy they were very professional and had everything under control. Everything was so well organized that my husband and I only had to cut the cake! Everything was taken care of for us.Cost seemed a bit high but when we considered everything we received and really did very little ourselves it was well worth it and I don't think I could have done the party for much cheaper at home - and you know that would have been chaos. I highly recommend Planet Lazer. I forgot to say that it is one of the few places that allow you to bring in extra food/snacks if you want. Well done!
I cannot even give this place a star.My autistic son had his tenth birthday here and even though we paid for pizza , it did not arrive until we left @ 6.10Pm ( our party was from 4-6). Took almost 2 weeks to hear back from the "manager"-Michael M.he offered to give me "50dollars for the pizza noting that it is twice the amount of the money for the pizza they would have eaten anyway!!!. When I asked for an apology and demanded a refund, he was rude, and condescending in his replies to me , though I have to admit he got as good as he gave when i sent replies. Any parent out there knows how hard it is for your child not to have the perfect birthday and it is even harder when the child has autism and hard for him to understand why this happened. Also, this was my son's first birthday party ever and it was a miracle to have 4 friends with him and that moment was lost because of the actions of planet lazer. The manager never accepted responsibility ,not once. Please boycott richmond lazer planet.thank you.-
