I had a flat tire yesterday. I phoned BCAA and was told it would be up to 45 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later a Totem Towing truck arrived and the tire was changed within 5 minutes. Excellent service and the driver went the extra mile, helping my wife with a totally unrelated matter.
Totem trucks are always clean and well maintained. Best tow company in Victoria for sure.
I recently had a car accident and needed a towing company. I found Totem through my smart phone app and called them up. They said it should only be 20 min but 45 min later they were no where to be seen. When they did arrive I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the tow operator. I would definitely give them a second chance even though they were slow this time.

In our business it is very difficult to pin down an accurate time of arrival, due to unforeseen circumstances such as having to tow vehicles that were thought to be service calls. We do strive to exceed the expectations of our valued customers and do so in most cases.
