bluenose was hired to come in and fix a gas leak in our boiler and our gas FP that wasn't working. we moved in, the FP still wasn't working and later discovered there was still a gas leak. I believe it was Trevor who came and said there was a miscommunication about the gas leak (?) and then he took the cover off our FP and saw that where he had TAPED the wire back on it had fallen off, he didn't replace the wire like he said should be done, he taped it. It still isn't working+no call back at all
