Her service is TERRIBLE!

I was shocked at the customer service at this notary. I choose not to use her because of her rude conduct. I paid less at another notary, and was happy to give them my business.

Great Service, knowledgeable & friendly

Charlene's customer service was extremely poor. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her every time we contacted her for clarification. Does not work well under pressure and time constraints. Service and communication was slower than expected from a notary that charges as much as she does. She is overly confident in her work due to being in the industry a long time, but that does not automatically make her a good notary. We will never use services again.

Charlene was amazing!!! She made sure I understood everything that we were signing for during this purchase of our first home! Will definitely be going back for all future needs!

Very disappointed...

Very disappointed with the customer service. This notary seemed very angry the entire time and entire office had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Overall very bad experience.
