Delta Surrey Green Cab Div of Delta Sunshine Taxi (1972) Ltd. has been operating in the Lower Mainland for over three decades. We have a total of 82 taxis, which also include vans and wheelchair accessible vehicles. Our taxis and taxi-vans operate mainly in Surrey, Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen, at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and the Abbotsford International Airport (YXX).     Driver sped off before we could put seatbelts on, mumbled “Shuttles are free” when we pointed this out, drove full speed over all the speed bumps, swerved in and out of traffic - this was in a short drive from airport to an airport hotel. An emailed complaint to management was automatically returned.

    Cab didn't show up. We kept calling and they said it would be a little longer. After an hour and a half they told us nobody was available and to call somebody else. Don't string people along with lies. In the time we waited we could have taken another cab or even the bus.

    Cab driver overcharged us from yvr to richmond. I called the office but didn't get any help.

    Literally and une...

    Literally and unequivocally the worst cab company ever. The agent kept interrupting me to jot down her notes, yelling in the background that made it hard to understand her, and not even a call back after the time has passed. I was given a 10 minute wait time and as of writing this post, it's been 43. Not recommended. Ever.

    Unreliable

    I called in to reserve a cab in the evening. Someone at their end of the phone took all my information and then mumbled something about "should be all right". I waited in the morning, then phoned and was told I must have phoned a different cab company. I was using the number I'd dialed the evening before. Was told it wasn't possible I had called them. No customer service, no apology, no offer of a cab.
