I went to get a lash lift and tint and my eyes started getting very irritated and started watering profusely and once she finished I looked in the mirror there was no difference at all. The only thing she did was make my eyes red and I felt like I wouldn’t be able to see. Then she had the nerve to tell me that i have to pay $103 for doing absolutely nothing. After arguing she gave me 50% off when I shouldn’t have payed her anything. I would 100% NOT recommend going to Merle Norman for anything.

Excellent place

I have visited this store on many occasions when I am in Surrey,B.C. I have had my nails, make up, etc. and I looked awesome. They do an excellent job and the service was fantastic.I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great job with the services they offer.

They waxed off a third of my eyebrow.

Went in the day before our engagement photos for brow waxing so that they would be neat and tidy for the pictures. I told the lady not to change the shape or make them thinner. When she was done she exclaimed "beautiful eyebrows", she then handed me the mirror and I was shocked to find one of my eyebrows had the entire third end missing. The other eyebrow was intact, but still much too skinny for my taste. Very upsetting, I would never recommend this place.
