We stayed in this hotel last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. We have booked another week this year as well.
It is a little tired but beautiful . A real tropical feeling in the atrium rooms that overlook the pool. Restaurant food was just ok and very over priced. Snack machines were great for off hours. Pool deck could have been monitored for cleanliness nightly, and with just a quick pick up of wet towels, and garbage as well as a quick mop would have made it so much more inviting. when the Security and desk clerk are sitting with nothing to do.
But overall we loved it and would recommend it for sure.

The housekeeping staff, in particular, the housekeeping manager, is rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. Be aware to expect horrendous service if you visit this hotel.
