Was just looking up the phone number for this salon to make an appointment, and noticed a negative review here so wanted to add my 2 cents. I've been going to SunScape for many months, and have had a great experience...excellent pricing, amazing equipment, and very friendly staff for the most part. I just cancelled my membership for the summer and it was super easy...just needed my signature.
I was warned by friends of accounting difficulties they encountered with this business. I thought, I'll use my credit card and won't use debit thereby so this company cannot access my bank account. I should have listened. I've gone into the Salon twice to try to resolve this and sent emails. I've requested a phone call from Kelly Kerr in head office so that we can straighten this out. No call back, just anonymous emails and they don't take responsibility for their faulty accounting system.
