Everything from start to finish was really pleasant, everything was taken care of including the courtesy car. I'm really glad I chose 24Hr Collision, customer service was superb and they go above and beyond to assist clients. 2 thumbs up to Amir, Sonny and the rest of the crew for a very professional and swift service. My car was fixed in a very short time. Highly recommended!!!

I was looking for a place that I could drop off my car and pick up after work for repair and this was the best choice. I even got a complementary vehicle while my car was being fixed and they also did a detailed cleaning of my car. Charm is the absolute best making the process of fixing my car very stress free.

I would highly recommend 24 HR Collision Center for quality work and excellent customer service. They were quick to respond to my text regarding minor damage to my tailgate and had the repair done in a timely matter with a loaner car provided. I was updated frequently with the progress of the repair via text. When I received my vehicle they had also cleaned the inside/outside and polished it so it looked practically new! They have a great team there!

The customer service is amazing. I requested a quote by sms and got a response within 15 mins. The rep was polite and gave good advice . not pushy at all!!! Highly recommended

Would not recommend. Horrible experience. Poor communication within staffs. Did not take time to examine damages which resulted with incomplete repair. Wasted my time. Had to follow up multiple times to get status. Picked up vehicle and went to a professional to repair. I was then advised there were more damages not claimed. Felt cheated.

From the beginning of my inquiry for my car to be repaired they are very helpful and accomodating. Jennifer, Rebecca and Cailiegh are very friendly and approachable. They are on constant communication with regards to updates or progress of repairs. High quality craftmanship and excellent job! Highly recommend to my family and friends.

Had a terrible experience trying to arrange a car rental or courtesy car prior to dropping off my car for fix. Jennifer did not know if she could arrange a car rental because there were no courtesy cars. She did not call back when she said she would. Unprofessional business and does not respect customer confidentiality. Would not recommend.

ICBC claim repair - had great service !

Someone hit my mom's car. I called ICBC, and they recommended this shop. I'm glad that they did. The shop did a very good job & gave me very good service. They were very polite and professional. They also gave me a good price on some other extra work I needed done. Definetly a shop I would recommend to others!
