This place has th...

This place has the best egg rolls I've eaten in Vancouver. I've been ordering take-out from here for many years, it's not so much a dine-in restaurant. I'm sure most people will find some of their Szechuan dishes quite appealing. Portions and prices are better than most, that's what keeps me coming back.

I hope I don't do that again.

Why is it so hard to find good ginger beef in Vancouver?! New Sun had friendly service both on the phone and at my door upon delivery, but the food quality was very poor. There was no crisp left to the ginger beef, when it arrived at my door, which had me wondering if there was any to begin with. The flavour was adequate although the preparation as not done with care. I also tried their deep fried prawns which were extremely small and and coated in a chewy greasy batter. The hot and sour soup was actually not that bad. The best part about my experience was the service at my door.

FOOD IS AWESOME!

Food is AMAZING... Best Ginger Chicken EVER, Deep fried Won Ton's really good with dipping sauce and Won Ton Soup basic but Great.... Owners are nicest people on earth and really care about the food. Best to get pick up or delivery as the place looks like a dump but kitchen is sanitary.
