Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.

I bought a brand new Samsung washer and dryer from The Brick, this is not the first time I shopped here. SANJAY the sales specialist helped me with some challenges especially with installation but he was very professional and empathy with my situation, at the end I got my install completed, my family can do laundry again, thank you SANJAY!

In April $649 & you didn’t have in stock, partial delivery no recycling was $49 Now in June mattress went up $699, still NOT in stock, delivery charge UP $79.99 FOR HALF the job YOUR WEBSITE PROMISES..NO RECYCLING — had to pay $80 recycling This fee should be returned to me DID NOT saved me MONEY OR TIME. USE ALL MY CREDIT CARD GRACE PERIOD +POSSIBLE INTERESTS TOTALLY DISSATISFIED W/THE BRICK “ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE.BRICK” HORRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

Great salespeople & manager here and very helpful! I just went to check prices but these people made me buy the tv and the furniture! And they gave great deal better Best Buy! I will recommend everyone to go to this store!
