A heartfelt rave to Dr. Lovegrove and Aimee at Central Animal Hospital for the compassion, consideration, patience and support given to me on one of the worst days of my life and the weeks before. I've dealt with many Vet offices over the years and can honestly say Central has been exemplary in their care

Only out for a profit, can tell the vets don't care about animals. Very dishonest with treatments. It is evident that the other staff does care though.
I have taken multiple animals on numerous occasions here. They are proper animal people, they make your pets feel comfortable, thy clearly explain treatment options. Best vets I’ve been to
This is the worst place to take your pet. Total disregard for why you are there. I took my puppy in for her second set of shots ( first visit) and my bill was in excess of 650.00 dollars. I’m still waiting for my refund on a bag of dog food that I was charged for and didn’t recieve. Do they really want to go to small claims for 38.00 dollars? Think twice before you let them look after your pet.
I was not impressed. Somebody else brought my dog in wich I was thankful for but they totally took advantage of the situation. They charged me $900 and told me to keep the bandage on for 5 days but I took it off right away and she barely had any skin missing and stopped limping as soon as it was off. [the bandage was to tight] They tried to tell me she needed stitches 18 hours later for a scrape about the size of a loony.
This is the worst animal clinic I have ever had the Miss pleasure of having to interact with. They are so uncaring and cold. They didn't swam to care at all about the furry family member that we had just lost!! Please do not go here!!! If I could give it 0 stars than I would, but I couldn't. STAY AWAY!!
I used Central Animal Hospital several times for my puppy. The front office staffs are stellar individuals who treated me and my dog with the utmost respect and kindness. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for my encounters with the actual Veterinarians. I was disappointed with how I was communicated with and how they interacted with my dog. I genuinely feel bad about leaving such a low review but I feel others should know prior to spending their money at this business.
Dr Smith has been caring for our dog for over 6 years! She always gone over and above with his care and followup! He had a very rare condition and the amount of research she did was incredible! Thank You Trinity. I highly recommend this clinic.
They have no clue what they're doing!!
