Very professional and effective at resolving the only real issue on my 6.6 LMM Duramax, the restrictive exhaust system. Now with new software and a very clean exhaust tune, I have dramatically improved horsepower and mileage. Really wish I had gone to Dunbar's Automotive in Vernon sooner as I love my bulletproof GMC Sierra 2500 HD, owned 12 years no problems. I have a stock 99 350 dually with large camper and Ken at Dunbars has look after getting substantially more power out of the 7.3 diesel without turning it into a coal burner. Very pleased with the shops attitude, customer care and attention to detail. The truck camper is rated for a F450 and I have no problems after Dunbar upgraded my rear suspension. I also pull a cargo trailer (housing a couple of Harleys) and have no issues. Hard to find a good shop with good people - Dunbars it!

This place is a life-saver! I was in Vernon for my son's tournament when my car's alternator suddenly went. It was a Saturday and places were closed. I feared I was going to be stranded and not be able to get my son back home after his game. Someone recommended to contact Dunbar, so I gave them a call. The guy was so calm (despite my despair). He has a large shop with a number of mechanics and they were able to get me in and replace my alternator! And it was affordable, too! Thank you, Dunbar!!!

We had a slight car issue on our way to our holiday, read the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google, and popped into Dunbar. Within 20 minutes someone looked at the car, within 45 minutes the issue had been (temporarily) resolved and we were back on the road. The owner (?) let me know that the issue would likely reoccur, and advised me to get it permanently fixed once back home, and wrote down all the info I would need to tell my mechanic. All this - for free! Highly recommend.
