Just had Rob visit the house from Fox Electrical and can’t be happier with the way he inspected the entire home electrical system explaining everything in detail as he went along. Although no major issues were detected he did recommend a couple of things that need upgrading which I am considering doing. Rob was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and on time arriving exactly when he said he would which allowed me to plan the rest of my day accordingly.

Very expensive! Next time I would look somewhere else and get a quote first over the phone.

Purchased a navien tankless water heater in 2018. It has never run properly since the day it was installed Had the plumber back out 2 times in the first few weeks as had extreme fluctuating water temperatures when showering. In the winter I also had trouble with my propane room heaters shutting down when the navien started up. I found out that that the propane line running to the navien was undersized . Had the propane line size increased and the navien is now functioning properly.

Steve, Luke and the customer service at Fox and Sons took amazing care of us during our clog in our main drain for our septic in our home. It was a stressful time but they made me feel taking care of the whole time and fixed our issue asap. Everyone I dealt with were professional, courteous kind and so helpful. Good luck finding a better home care company than Fox. I was skeptics after having a cynical obstructive builder and no one locally who wanted to service the home . Fox came out and has offered inspections and suggestions have been professional and simply amazing . Explain everything and give you options for home improvements Amazing company

Even so close to Christmas, Scott was able to diagnose the problem, check with the manufacturer, order parts which will be delivered tomorrow (Christmas Eve) and set up for a fellow technician to install it tomorrow, not to mention explaining to me what the problem was.

My whole experience has been very professional,from the advance notices of the visit and then the actual plumbing review. I am more than satisfied.

We had Fox and Sons do our air conditioning. The price was better than anyone else (3 other estimates), and they installed our air conditioner with no fuss, then cleaned up afterward and left the place as if they had never been there. I highly recommend them.

The technician was very polite and encouraged me to be with him while he did the work. He has only been with Fox and Son one month and will be an asset to the company

Sergei did an excellent job of servicing my furnace. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The only thing is that I would like an invoice sent to me about the work done. Thank you!

Roy from Fox came out to wire in our new hot tub. Great service and value. He even taught me about home automation and helped me with Ethernet issues.
