I'll start with the positive. I did get greeted at the door and told about their promotion. The salesperson, a male was not overly friendly and snobbish. Then he gave me a price for my prescription and the frames which was very expensive; over 500 dollars. I was shocked as I thought this place was suppose to be affordable. I told him that it is way too expensive and he just didn't care. It seems like there was lack of emotion, and just overall lack of care for customer satisfaction.

Wow! That's all I can say after my first visit to the Victoria store; wow! I was a little over whelmed when I walked into the store but I was greeted by a nice young man named Neil who helped me out the whole way. He was very honest about what he thought looked good and what didn't! In the end I am so pleased with my purchase. Will be back!
