Shoppers Drug Mart Hillside Centre

Horrible service. Only One teller on Sunday March 27, Long slow lines, 20 minute wait. Moments after getting thru the till, discovered Cash machine rang up the wrong price (failed to give discount). Was told i had to go to back of the even longer line again in order for teller to fix it. Watched one elderly lady try to grapple with a large bag of products at the self service machine. She gave up. She could not face the long teller line. left in tears.

They are good for prescriptions but if you buy a lotion and your eyes are stinging because you are allergic, they wont refund your money. They say that if you hadn t opened it,they would refund you but how do you know youre allergic if you dont open it. Duh! Its not as if they have samples either.

I like Shoppers Drug Mart because just about every month I can get a bargain of something that I would normally buy. I don't have the money to spare just to get a bargain on something I don't really need.
