    So disappointing

    Sutton managed our condo building in Sooke and our strata has recently fired them due to their lack of professionalism and ability to get anything done. Their staff are rude and have no desire to do even their minimum duties, let alone provide good customer service. They dropped the ball in so may ways, it was almost laughable. From little things like constantly "not receiving" email sent and missing a large majority of our strata meetings, to huge things, like mismanaging the property's finances, they were a disappointment in every way. I would never consider purchasing into a strata property managed by Sutton again. Steer clear if at all possible. On top of their poor service and terrible communication, there were two instances in which they released personal contact information of some of our building's residents to third parties without permission. Hardly an apology was made and nothing was done to remedy the situation.
