Great experience having Trevor come out to help us with a number of plumbing related concerns. They are our first choice.

I took an hour off work to get a dishwasher installed, my number was taken down wrong at A1 and the appt. was changed without receiving a phone call.. I called to ask where the tech was when he was late and was told he was double booked so I got pushed to noon. Tech came, did good job in just under an hour and I was asked to pay $365 to install a dishwasher (not even remove the old one or take it away). Office was rude and unhelpful

Hired A1 Choice t...

Hired A1 Choice to replace a simple washer/dripping outdoor spigot. Trevor replaced it with a more modern hose bib. The hose bib leaked badly after a few months. Trevor replaced it the following spring no charge. But the 2nd one he installed lasted about 6 months before it leaked badly & broke. Called A1 Choice to come replace 2nd faulty one, were told we would be charged for the 3rd bib & install. Tried to reason with Trevor but he hung up on me. I do not trust A1 Choice nor recommend them.

A1 was a awesome choice!...so pleased we just got our sewer line connected...Trevor and his team did a amazing job..definitely recommend.great communication,great service,great price..lucky to have in our community!
