What a great guy! Helped me check things on the phone before coming out. He made sure he had most parts that might need replacing after we spoke. Very reasonable service call and labour charges. Will call upon him again if the need arises. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!

As I saw another review, wanted to add my full endorsement to Steve at Domestic... Always gives straight advice, often lots of DIY advice if desired, and always punctual, courteous and fair priced when you need to use his services. Used him many times in past 20 years....

I called because my washer wasn't working. Over the phone I was provided advice and suggestions to getting things up and running. He could have come out and charged me for his time, but he didn't. And his suggestions worked! This is the company I would call on again if I'm ever in need.
