Terrible place to go! Over priced and the bed side manner is horrible, They told me my dog had cancer numerous times on a phone call before the test came back that had stated she did not have cancer, Called Rose Valley to get an estimate and they just kept telling me the doctor will call, But they did not send me an estimate or call me, The price to remove the tumour doubled in two weeks to $2500 plus meds , I went to another hospital which was a $700 all in.. Happy I went elsewhere!
What an emotional couple of days...w cannot thank Dr Oz and his team at Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital enough for saving our baby Rubble. The quality of care, love and professionalism they gave to Rubble and our family is something we will always be greatful for. The team at Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital acted quickly in a critical time as our 12 week old baby Rubble managed to injest a tac. Thankfully they were able to remove the tac and our baby is now home relaxing. Highly highly recommend
If you want to overpay go here. I brought in my pet because he wasn’t doing well and it cost me over $600!! I came home with some medications and some which were totally unnecessary and had nothing to do with what my pet actually had. The worst thing is that my pet who is indoor only got ear mites from his visit here. I brought him back and was charged over $200 once again for stuff he didn’t even need and they didn’t wash out his ears as promised. Really disappointed and won’t be coming back!

Run while you still can! Dr. Oz says he's not going to charge you for his time but he sure knows to extra charge for all the other stuff so you end up paying way more. You might as well give him your bank card and PIN number. I think he's a better salesman that a vet. He's not compassionate and certainly rushes you through your appointment and barely allows you to ask questions. I'm never going back there again.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO ROSE VALLEY VET CLINIC. They hurt our pet in the clinic and did not tell us. While our pet was inside the vet clinic Dr. Oz or an inexperienced vet aid injured him. Our pet had a random large deep gash wound. We discovered this in horror at home. Rose Valley would no doubt deny this happened in their clinic. There is no genuine compassion or professional treatment at Rose Valley. Malpractice, negligence, misconduct and cruelty are completely irrevocably unacceptable.
Dr. Oz is an outstanding vet. Manny and Bailey have had multiple surgeries, including spear grass in their ears, ripped du claws, and dental cleanings...and each time I totally trust that they are getting the finest care at Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital. The support staff is attentive and compassionate and Dr. Oz is so knowledgeable and caring. Best vet!

As it turns out, most of the people in the valley know about you already, and about an exceptional service you provide. Amber is recovering fast after her spear grass removal surgery. For the past few months my cat stoma and I have received exceptional care and attention at Rose Valley vets. The staff treat my cat with such respect and care, even though he is scared and aggressive at the vets. I feel confident with my fur baby in the hands or Dr. Oz and his staff. I am so thankful for their superb quality of service and would recommend them to everyone.
I recently had to put my dog whom I had for 12.5 years from the age of 8 weeks old down. Rose Valley Veterinary Hospital and the entire staff there were absolutely incredible. The care, love, time and support shown to my dog and myself will stay with me for as long as I remember him and I can not thank the staff there enough. It was the hardest day I can remember and I couldn't imagine people putting more effort into supporting me who do not know me personally.

Dr. Oz and his staff are amazing! We highly recommend this Dr. and clinic if you are looking for a new vet. Our dog Percy had his teeth cleaned and one tooth extracted and they took excellent care of him.
