Best Buy West Vancouver

The music area of this store is terrible. The bald man that works there pushes customers out. I was going to buy a guitar, though Ill go somewhere else. The only good worker there is the Asian guy.

Terrible customer service! The worst bestbuy I have ever been at!!! Waiting at the mobile section for half an hour just for a question! No one even come to ask why im there! And suddenly a sales person came and help the customer who just arrived! The worst experience of my life!!!!

They never pick up the phone, and if they do, you are kept on hold for long periods of time, upwards of 20min
