    New modem keeps cutting out ... have to get another new one! Almost $180 a month for sporadic high speed (?) internet is disgusting.

    Customer service leaves lots to be desired; pricing is out of this world for services. I personally will never have fibre op again in a bundle. If u lose ur internet connection you lose your phone and tv as well.
