Fridge of 3k came damage 2 times they want me to wait for and other week which is the 3rd one... almost a month how to ruin my summer plus I bought an a/c and the installation the lady made me go buy a plexiglass FOR NOTHING because right now the men for the installation said they don’t need it! They think money fall from the trees. Been spending on food and wasting it.

Impossible de prendre un rendez-vous. On peut être des heures au téléphone sans avoir de réponse. Par contre, lorsqu’on achète quelque chose, là ils nous harcèlent pour qu’on fasse affaire avec eux. Après vente 👎🏻

It is the worst company ever, I don’t recommend it to anyone!! I bought all the appliances and they told me the delivery is on 27/12 and based on that I moved to the new place. On26/12 they called to confirm that. The surprise was on 27 no one neither came nor called and after we called them they said they cancel the order coz 1 item was missing from 8 items( what a stupid policy!!) they could deliver the rest.. I spent 2 days trying to figure out what happened with no luck!! I have to make ne

J’appeallé pour parler à quelqu’un d’un problème technique. La personne me dit qu’il va me donner un numéro. Je l’inforMe poliment que je cherche un stylo. Il me raccroche dessus et par la suite je n’ai aucune réponse après 1/2h d’appelle. Ceci s’ajoute à des expériences ou on me vend un peu n’impo quoi et des services qui n’ont jamais été rendus
