I took 2 City Taxis on Mar 5th from the airport to hotel and back again. Both cabbies were friendly, I was offered help with my luggage and the cabs were clean. The cab picking me up from the hotel was prompt. As well, when I needed replacements for my Visa receipts, I called and was quickly forwarded to accounting. They were helpful, easily found my trip receipts and emailed them to me with no hassle. The receipts were needed for an insurance claim so this took some of the stress off.

Very helpful. Very kind. My daughter is attending CBU and far from home and they made what started out as a stressful day so much better. So easy to call an arrange a pick up ahead of time and then have the same driver come back to get her when her appointment was done. To the driver of Car 29, thank you! Was on a first date with a beautiful lady. We parked in Kingston and walked around brock street. Spent 2+ hours walking around trying to locate my car. Had no luck at all.
We called Modern City Taxi and the guy ( #52 ) showed up like 1.5 minutes later. He was friendly too
We explained the situation to him, and he drove us around for a half hour all around every little bob, and turn in the Queens area.
We finally found the car. Dude was AWESOME and I hope he sees this ! Thank you !!
