Crimson Leaf did a great job on our property. However they are very poor at follow up. After multiple emails to the office manager, who assured me she would pass my questions on to the owner, I heard absolutely nothing. Not even a plan that they would get back to me in a certain time frame. Relatives of mine who used this company had the same experience. Very poor customer service after the fact.
