    Too busy?

    Called to ask about price and availability. Woman who answered the phone tried to tell me that I lived on a different range road than I do (I think I know where I live) -sounded flustered, and impatient. Never told me how much (i.e. cubes or gallons) they can haul, just price per load and said she couldn't fill a pool as they were too busy. What difference does it make?? Bizarre.

    The good, The bad & The ugly...

    Drivers are awesome, very friendly and chatty, great guys. The lady the answers the phone & books the deliveries is the most unfriendly, rude & grumpy woman to deal with, she needs to take lesons from their drivers and be SO MUCH MORE friendly and learn some customer service skills...
