This garbage service has had difficulty being consistent over several years. Their spotty service and false promises for after day service have left me (with newborn in hand) cleaning up eight bags of strewn garbage off the road (with cars passing by). I am now requesting that this service be taken off of my utilities, since it’s just easier to take to the dump in my own. THE WORST garbage/recycling SERVICE ON THE PLANET. Zero stars in fact.

Reasonable price for garbage/recycling collection, but seems to be poorly managed. Common for them to not finish the job which they are being paid for in the daily time frame set by them. When questioned on it they have numerous excuses: weather, truck breakdown, staff shortages etc. This happens too many times to be believable. They tell you to leave out anything not picked up overnight & they will get to it when they can? Problem is sometimes it is scattered over our lawn in the night!!
