UPDATE on birthday flowers not being delivered
I wrote the above review. Just received a call from the Flowers Direct lady. I WILL NOT be receiving a refund. Why? Because it was HER mistake, not the flower shop. Since she can't blame the mistake on the shop and have them cover the cost of my refund, she will not give me the refund. She wrote my Aunts birthday down wrong. Yesterday, when she thought it was the shops fault she was "150% angry about it" and promised me a refund . But today when I said she was not giving me the refund she'd promised, she said "oh well" and that if I didn't pay, the flowers would be cancelled (Yes they are STILL not there yet at 12:30pm the next day) So I am paying $60 for flowers to be delivered the day after my Aunt's birthday . Poor, poor service from an industry that is renowned for making birthdays and other special occasions complete. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. There are so many other trustworthy, reliable flower services out there. Don't make the same mistake as I did.
