Had an appointmen...

Had an appointment to have boiler repairs Dec.10th 2013. Tech came and left - needed parts, came back on the 17th to replace parts. On the 19th I phone Merlin to complain that I could not adjust my heat and it was way too hot in my basement. It is now September and I am still waiting for a reply from them. Needless to say I will never use them again.

Brutal Service

Called for emergency service at 10 pm, at 11:15 he called back and said he was 5 minutes away. Waited another hour and a half. Never heard from him again, tried calling and no answer, left a message. My family woke up in the morning to a very cold house, no help at all from these guys. Never again! Only got 1 star because 0 was not an option.
