Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.
Called Pop-A-Lock last night after regular business hours as I was locked out of my house. The person who answered the phone was very straightforward with what the cost would be. He arrived 30 minutes later and I was in my house within 15 minutes. Great experience all around
I had issues with my ignition lock, the key won’t turn and I couldn’t start my car. They came right to my car and fixed the lock within an hour. No tow truck or having to deal with the car dealership. Very professional and excellent service. Not cheap but worth it. Thanks Kyle, job well done!

So I lost the keys to my ford f150 in the last storm we had and was told by the dealer that I have to have it towed into ford and pay over $200 to get new keys made! Luckily a friend of mine told me to call pop a lock and they came right to my truck and had two keys made for under $200! Excellent service and I will definitely recommend them! Great job!
I lost my only set of car keys and pop a lock came to replace my key. It was a difficult key to code so he went all the way to my dealership for me to get the information to do it.. Several hours of his time and still charged an affordable rate, costing is so much less than the dealership and in my own yard. 5 stars by far..
