The company is very professional with respect to there service. They called day in advance to remind of the appointment. The engineers were running late and they notified us of the delay. They came with truck mounted equipment and explained everything in detail as they did the service. They cleaned and inspected the furnace. Professional well equipped and know what to do. It is worth the service.
Prestige came highly reccommended from one of neighbours, and they EXCEEDED my expectations. The men were clean, organized, and very professional. They were courteous and very well mannered to my husband and I, as well as my home. My carpets have never looked better, they are beautiful. I will be recommending this company to all of my neighbours and friends, and wil be using Prestige for many years to come.
I was 100% satisfied with the workers who cleaned the ducts in my home. Tidy, efficient, polite, and professional. The problem was with the so-called 'Courtesy Call'. It was not to see if I was happy with the work, or had any complaints. It was specifically scripted to sell additional services. "Did the technicians offer information on our permanent filter, "Did our technicians inform you about our carpet and upholstery special", and I found this to be unprofessional, and unncessary. These types of questions were to sell products I did not request, require, or that I had enquired about. I felt sorry for the workers, and chose my words carefully, because no doubt they'd be in trouble for not asking the questions of me, that the so called courtesy call did. I do not like this type of business, which puts me on the spot to critique workers, under the guise of a 'courtesy call'. I expressed that I felt I was ratting the workers out, and was assured that it was not that, at all. The questions indicated otherwise, in my opinion. The call was extremely uncomfortable to me. Be prepared for a list of instructions on how to pay, including the requirement, if not paying by credit card at the time of service, two pieces of identification, to write a cheque. I am not comfortable providing a credit card, and/or personal identification to strangers in my home, and that is no reflection on the workers, only this policy. To note they require a three hour window, at least they did for me, yet had so many instructions, requirements, and then this courtesy call on top of it, it's just not worth the annoyance sad to say, of having this company again.
