Reliance Home Comfort

I would give Reliance Home Comfort a ten out of ten. I needed a hot water tank so I phoned on a Monday at about 9am and by 5pm I had a hot water tank. I also needed some plumbing done. I phoned one day and the next aa plumber came out and by the afternoon the plumber, Ryan, had the work done. I could not be more pleased with their telephone staff and the workers. I wish they put in windows I would have them do the work at the drop of a hat.

1 is too high of a rating ! I cant even begin to type my horror stories with reliance with 2 properties I own. One example is having no hot water in my rental property. It was 2 days to look at it then they had to order a tank!! can you imagine that you don't stock hot water tanks!! 2 days later the installer goes there and puts it in. It took him 4 attempts to install it after telling me I need a new outlet. Paid 100 to electrician he went back had same issue! water valve was off !!!

Unbelievably inept customer service. Tried cancelling my home comfort plan in December 2015, still getting automatic withdrawls for it 18 months later. I've tried calling, emails, nothing works. Today they said I have to send an email to a specific address to cancel, did 5 times and bounced back every time. This is the stuff evening news is made of. Avoid Reliance Home Comfort like the plague.
