I had never had such a bad experience with any hairdresser in my life like this one. She basically didn’t do what she promised she would do and ruined my hair. I called to speak to her. After several attempts, I got an appointment. When I got in, she washed my hair and blew dried it, and told me it was fine. It wasn’t. A $250 permanent hair straightening job isn’t supposed to last for 4 days only! Very rude and unprofessional. She lies.
