Frustrating long waits on hold, abrupt/uninformed phone operators, unreliable local contractor was used. Contractor failed to show for 3 scheduled appointments and was rude and unprofessional when reached by phone. Simple install still not done a month after I paid for it. Terrible system poorly implemented.
We had a Sears repair technician come to our home. He was in the house for 10 minutes and all he did was pull a trouble shooting sheet from the back of the washer, and read how to press the buttons on the front of the machine to run a diagnostic report. All he did was tell us what we already told sears. The washer had a Lr trouble code. He then left the house , came back 20 minutes later and gave us a bill for $142.36. Well above the $69.98 Sears quoted. I did not call for a second opinion, I called for a repair man to come out and fix the problem. Worst service a person could expect. I will never deal with sears again. They lied about the cost, never fixed the problem and on the service order the repair man handed in he added that we refused tohave the work done. He did not have any parts to do the repair, and a $142.36 for a second opinion/quote is theft. Never use Sears.
