    I have had cable ...

    I have had cable service from them, but I had to cancel. Reason. Customer service. For two months they have been double charging me. When I called them and told them I was moving to a new address they opened up a new account and then continued to charge me for my old account. When I asked them for a refund for their mistake, I was told they don't offer refunds and that I should have canceled the old account. Which was not the understanding I had originally. Be warned they have great cust

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    We signed up with TekSavvy 5 months ago and are still without stable internet. We've spent countless hours on the phone with no change. We have had technicians to the apartment 3 times with no effect. TekSAvvy's newest suggestion is that we switch from DSL to cable internet, and pay the $150 for a new router and modem, as well as installation fees. When we asked about them covering the cost of installation, as they couldn't solve the problem, they balked and said it would not be possible.
