    Disappointing. Hire someone else!

    I am very disappointed in the quality of his work. I hired him to inspect the septic system for a house I was going to purchase. He was not thorough at all - he didn't even look at the distribution box, only dug a hole looked inside the tank and said everything's good. A proper septic system inspection includes a whole lot more - call around and ask! His "report" was a 1 page doc stating the distribution box was "covered by vegetation" and not inspected. It was actually very accessible.
