Belvidere Construction (2016) Ltd

I have over a decade of experience as a Construction Manager on residential and commercial renovations. I have dealt with thousands of companies during my time in that position and Belvidere gave me the worst experience I've ever had. I researched them heavily and they looked great. I hired them under the expectation they had in house crew to complete the work. They sent an unqualified subcontracted company that made mistake after mistake.

Unfinished work,very large cracks left un filled. Démolition garbage abandoned in yard, had to pay a kijiji guy to take it away. The blueskin product was cut into very small strips and only applied to the bottom 2 feet of my foundation. Jim hunt, the quote giver is not to trusted at his word. Their consumer award is a joke and so is this outfit. Oh, and the address up on this site is not where the business Is actually located from! It’s the mailing address...try anyone else but Belvedere .
