When u sign up with them- make sure who wld be in the primary account! I was the one who inquired about them, got them over to sign me up, I have my credit on it and wld be the one paying- meanwhile they put my husbands name on the account!? for their security reasons-I wasnt allowed to touch or have any info about the acc(as I later found out)Whats stupid about it is that they needed my husband to call in -who is currently staying in Ontario! So he'd have to pay long distance for our cable that he has nothing to do with! What an inconvenience! Their door to door reps should pay more attention..so upsetting
I don't really write reviews, I think this is my first one. My customer service rep. was great, he really came through for me with my kids cell plan. MTS keep up the good work.
It 's odd to come across great customer service, but I felt the need to single these guys out because they were available, attentive and really accomodating. I was impressed given they are a big company.
it would be faster to walk there than the amount of time you are put on hold on he phone
