I have never used this company, however I did contact John Dick to inquire about their services. I spoke with John himself and he made me feel as if my inquiry was wasting his time and it would not be worth his time if I wasn't interested in signing up for a contract instead of just an individual service. This is really too bad as I like to try a company out first and then commit to further services if I'm happy with the service I receive. I believe that all clients should be treated with respect, professionalism and patience no matter if they are a long standing client or a new one and I would have to say that I did not receive that from John.
