My vehicle got impounded here, it was in perfect condition when it got there, when I got it back the side mirror was busted off and dangling there. On top of that, they locked my keys in the vehicle and then broke my drivers side lock somehow when they were opening it up.

Excellent towing service Ken was very courteous and helpful and had us hooked up and on our way in no time Would highly recommend this company

called for a tow, within minutes, they were at the location ready to assist. thanks

False advertising

Advertise 24 hour towing yet when you call them to tow a vehicle off a property after 9pm they whine about it until you threaten to switch towing companies. Then when you call them on a long weekend they outright refuse to do it because it's a long weekend. Either change you're advertising from 24 hour towing to towing only when we feel like it or find a new line of work.

Stranded

I was stranded in Portage La Prarie with a blown power steering hose with no help. The gentleman that works at Kitsons took a quick look and then proceeded to look the part which was hard to find and then came in on a Sunday on his day off away from his family to fix it for me. Nice to know that there are still business out there who take care of the customer. To the mechanic who helped me. Thank you so much
