Nice atmosphere and product selection but ultimately my stylist didn't listen to me. I wanted a well blended color but left with skunky highlights and damaged hair.

Although we try our best, sometimes we do not achieve the look an individual is looking for. We also have 8 stylists with varying degrees of experience so perhaps another stylist could meet your needs.
