We have been using Sierra Courier for just over 2 years and are very happy with their service. Their customer service team is polite and friendly and diligent in contacting us in the rare case of delays. The online eTrac system is extremely convenient for placing and tracking orders and the address book saves time by allowing storage regularly used addresses. We have complete confidence in sending and receiving our high volume of packages through Sierra Courier.
We have been using Sierra Courier in Winnipeg for over 2, maybe 3 years now, not by choice, their service times and attitudes have only been getting worse as time goes on. Their dispatch crew does not communicate efficiently and hangs on to orders by not dispatching them immediately, even when a quicker service is requested. If you are sending a time sensitive package, do not send it with Sierra as they are not reliable enough to trust with any tender packages or proposals and they can not keep their promises. Almost every week, they use an excuse of being half an hour behind, yet your company is still required to pay for the service you are not going to recieve. If you are a smaller outfit, or sending personal packages, do not pay for any quicker services as you will not recieve the service. I have used many other local, reliable companies in the city, and have never been so disappointed. We do intend to switch in the very near future. The way Sierra is gaining their business, is by purchasing smaller courier companies and forcing the existing customers to use them.
